New shoes with springs at the bottom, dubbed “rebound shoes,” could be the key to relieving joint pain during exercise. Supposedly the springs at the bottom of the shoes soften the blow on the joints when running or jumping. This helps reduce the impact on the knees and feet when running, however many testers of this new shoe complain of blisters.
