Frequently Asked Questions
Footminders orthotic insoles are podiatrist-designed inserts that help correct foot alignment and relieve common conditions such as flat feet, plantar fasciitis, heel pain, and overpronation. They support proper posture and comfort in every step, whether you’re walking, running, or standing all day.
Footminders insoles are biomechanically engineered to support the arch and align the feet and ankles. By correcting overpronation, they reduce strain on the heels, knees, hips, and lower back, improving comfort and overall body alignment.
Each Footminders model is designed for specific footwear and activities:
- Comfort – For everyday walking or casual shoes.
- Casual – For loafers, dress shoes, and tighter-fitting footwear.
- Catwalk – Designed for women’s low to medium heels.
- Kids – Designed for growing feet, providing proper arch support and helping prevent foot and posture problems during development.
Use our Size Chart (found on each product page) to choose your size based on your shoe size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size and trimming along the guide lines for a perfect fit.
Our COMFORT insoles can be easily trimmed for a precise fit. Use your existing shoe insoles as a guide, and cut slowly and carefully along the trimming lines printed on the bottom.
Yes, you can move your insoles between shoes of similar style and size. For best comfort and support, we recommend keeping a separate pair for frequently worn shoes.
