Improve Your Joints Without Leaving Your Chair

There are a few yoga exercises you can do to loosen joints and ease pain without even leaving your couch! Lift each limb one at a time, extend it as far as you can, and hold that position for a count of 10 in order stretch each limb out and let blood flow.
